- Dry prawn = 250g
- Coconut = 1
- Shallot = 100g
- Red chilli = 20
- Tamarind = 1 small piece
Methods of preparation
- Properly wash the prawn and fry it in the oil.
- Fry red chillies, grated coconut and add shallots into them.
- After frying the coconut add curry leaves and then off the stove.
- Crush the above prawn, chillies, coconut, tamarind and salt in a stone and serve it.
