Dry prawn chutney


  • Dry prawn = 250g
  • Coconut = 1
  • Shallot = 100g
  • Red chilli = 20
  • Tamarind = 1 small piece
  • Oil
  • Salt

Methods of preparation

  •  Properly wash the prawn and fry it in the oil.
  • Fry red chillies, grated coconut and add shallots into them.
  •  After frying the coconut add curry leaves and then off the stove.
  •  Crush the above prawn, chillies, coconut, tamarind and salt in a stone and serve it.
