Ingredients
- Dry prawn -1/2 cup
- Coconut oil-2 or 3 tbsp
- Mustard seed -1 tsp
- Onion-3 nos
- Green chilli-2 nos
- Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
- Curry leaves -1 sprig
- Chilli powder -1 tbsp
- Turmeric-1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek powder-1 tsp
- Tomato-2 nos
- Tamarind water -1/2 cup
- Coconut milk- ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat a pan and add dry prawns and sauted some minutes,then we clean and
wash ,keep a side - Heat oil in a pan mustard seed saute till they crackle
- Add onion ,green chilli, ginger garlic paste ,and curry leaves, saute some
minutes till the onion become light brown - Then we add powders like chilli powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder
and mix well - Again we add tomato ,saute some minutes they turn soft and mashed .
- Add cleaned prawn and tamarind water mix well and add salt to taste ,cook
for some minutes - Then we add freshly thick coconut milk mix well and cook 5 or 10 minutes
- Turn off the flame and serve with meals
- Enjoy the meals.
