Easy instant mango pickle

Ingredients

  • Mango – 1 kg
  • Curry leaves – 3 sprigs
  • Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek powder – 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seed – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 ½ tsp
  • Asafoetida powder – 2tsp
  • Dry red chilli – 3 nos
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seed – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 or2 tsp
  • Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp

Method

  • Firstly, wash the raw mangoes ,then peel and cut into small pieces ,set a side.
  • Take a large bowl add mango pieces , salt , red chilli powder , fenugreek powder , turmeric powder,
    asafoetida powder and curry leaves mix them well and set a side.
  • Heat oil in a pan mustard seed let it splutter ,add dry red chilli ,fenugreek seed , curry leaves ,
    asafoetida a powder , and vinegar fry them well .
  • Then pour the mixture into the mango mixing pan and combinethem well.
  • The instant mango pickle is ready to serve.
  • Enjoy the mango pickle with meals
