- Mango – 1 kg
- Curry leaves – 3 sprigs
- Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek powder – 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seed – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Asafoetida powder – 2tsp
- Dry red chilli – 3 nos
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seed – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 or2 tsp
- Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp
- Firstly, wash the raw mangoes ,then peel and cut into small pieces ,set a side.
- Take a large bowl add mango pieces , salt , red chilli powder , fenugreek powder , turmeric powder,
asafoetida powder and curry leaves mix them well and set a side.
- Heat oil in a pan mustard seed let it splutter ,add dry red chilli ,fenugreek seed , curry leaves ,
asafoetida a powder , and vinegar fry them well .
- Then pour the mixture into the mango mixing pan and combinethem well.
- The instant mango pickle is ready to serve.
- Enjoy the mango pickle with meals
