• Soya chunks – 2 nos
  • Onion- 5 nos
  • Tomato-6nos
  • Green leaves
  • Garlic(crush)-1 nos
  • Ginger-1
  • Green chilli-2
  • Red chilli powder-1 spoon
  • Coriander powder-1 spoon
  • Fennel powder-1 spoon
  • Pepper powder-1 spoon
  • Tomato-5 nos
  • Oil
  • Salt


  • Firstly wash the soya bean in hot water and drain the excess water
  •  Heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan.
  •  Then add the sliced onion and green chilli in to the hot oil and mixed well.
  •  Add ginger- garlic paste and mixed well.
  •  Add some salt and curry leaf then mixed well.
  •  Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,fennel powder,pepper powder and mixed well.
  •  Then add small piece of tomato and mixed well.
  •  Close the pan and cooked for 5 minutes.
  •  Add soya chunksand mixed well.
  •  Again add 1 spoon pepper powder,some salt then mixed well.
  •  Add some water in to the pan and mixed well.
  •  Then close the pan and cooked for15 min and open the pan.
  •  Add oil in to the pan after drained the excess water in pan and fry well.
  •  Ready to serve another plate.
