Egg pepper roast recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Egg-5 or 6 nos
  • Shallot -3 nos
  • Pearl onion- 8 to 10
  • Ginger-1 medium
  • Garlic 6 to 7 petals
  • Green chilli-3 to 4 nos
  • Tomato -1 nos
  • Pepper powder-1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder -1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder-2 tbsp
  • Hot water-1/2 ltr
  • Oil-4 to 5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste.

METHOD

  • First we boiled the egg and set a side
  •  Then we grind the garam masala like cinnamon ,cloves,fennel seed,etc
  •  Again we grind a smooth paste of tomato puree and keep a side.
  •  Heat oil in a pan add turmeric powder,salt and pepper powder mix well and
    add eggs on it saute for some minutes
  •  Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering add
    shallot, pearl onion,salt ,ginger garlic paste and garam masala paste mix them
    well and saute for some minutes
  •  Again we add curry powders like red chilli powder ,coriander powder ,pepper
    powder ,etc mix well
  •  Then we add tomato paste and hot water mix them well and cook some
    minutes
  •  Then we add fried egg and mix them well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes
  •  Turn off the flame and enjoy.
