Ingredients
- Garlic -1/2 kg
- Green chilli – 3 or 4 nos
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek powder – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida powder – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- Oil – 3 or 4 tbsp
Method
- Then peel garlic and set aside
- Then cut it in half lengthwise and set it aside.
- Then chopped green chilli and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan ,add mustard seed
- Lets them spluttered.
- Then add curry leaves and green chilli
- Saute them well.
- Then add garlic and saute them well.
- Then add red chilli powder ,fenugreek powder,asafoetida powder and salt
- Saute till the raw smell disappears.
- Then pour some vinegar and mix them well.
- Then add grated jaggery and saute them well.
- Cook for few more minutes
- Remove from fire and keep aside.
