Gooseberry chutney

Ingredients

*Grated coconut – 2 cups.
*Gooseberry – 6nos.
*Bird’s eye chili – 10nos.
*Shallots – 3nos.
*Curry leaves – 3 stems.
*Salt to taste.

Method

1) Grind all ingrediants preferablely on a grinding stone.

Yummy gooseberry chutney is ready.
