Steamed rice dumpling /  Kozhukatta

*Grated coconut – 1 and 1/2 cup.
*Jaggery – 1/2 cup.
*Rice powder – 1 kg.
*Cardamom – 4 nos.
*Cumin – 1 tablespoon.

1 Mix grated coconut with grated jaggery.
2 Powder cardamom and cumin.
3 Thoroughly mix rice powder, cardamom powder, and cumin powder.
4 Make a dough of the rice powder with enough water.
5 Take a small lemon size of dough, flatten it in your palm. Place a little coconut mixture in the middle. Seal the flatten dough to form a ball.
6 Keep the prepared dumpling on a steamer and cook till well done.
Tasty rice dumplings ready…
