*Jackfruit rind – finely chopped.
*Grated coconut – as required.
1) Prepare a paste of coconut, cumin, green chilies, garlic, and turmeric powder.
2) Slice shallots and dried chiles.
3) Heat a pan with oil, splutter mustard. Saute in shallots, dried chilies, and curry leaves. Saute in jackfruit rind. Add water and paste, cover, and cook. Season with salt. When cooked remove from the flame.
