Kerala Banana Chips Recipe


  • Raw banana-6or 7nos
  • Coconut oil-1ltr
  • Salt – to taste


  • Peel the outer skin of the bananas and Slice it into thin round pieces
  • Heat oil in a pan; Once the oil is hot, add banana slices.
  •  And fry it on a medium flame stirring occasionally until the banana pieces become golden
    yellow / crisp
  •  Remove from the heat and sprinkle the saline solution
  • store in an airtight container. Serve and Enjoy the crispy chips…
