Ingredients
- Raw banana-6or 7nos
- Coconut oil-1ltr
- Salt – to taste
Method
- Peel the outer skin of the bananas and Slice it into thin round pieces
- Heat oil in a pan; Once the oil is hot, add banana slices.
- And fry it on a medium flame stirring occasionally until the banana pieces become golden
yellow / crisp - Remove from the heat and sprinkle the saline solution
- store in an airtight container. Serve and Enjoy the crispy chips…
