- Raw mango-1 kg
- Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
- Fenugreek ppowder-1 spoon
- Turmeric powder-1spoon
- cumin seed-1 spoon
- dry red chilli- 2 or 3 nos
- curry leaves-2 or 3 sprig
- Vinegar- 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida -1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- First we cut and clean the raw mangoes in to a bowl
- Then we add red chilli,fenugreek powder,turmeric powder and salt,mix well .
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed,fenugreek powder,cumin seed ,curry
- leaves,vinigere and asafoetida mix well.
- Then pour the mixture into the raw mango bowl then mix well.
- Again we add asafoetida and fenugreek mix well,and transfer into the jar
- Enjoy the taste of kerala style instant raw mango pickle
