Kerala Style Mango Chutney Recipe –mango chammanthi


  • Raw mango-3 nos
  • Green chilli-5 nos
  • Dry red chilli-3 nos
  • Grated coconut -1/2 cup
  • Ginger – small piece
  • Shallots -5 or 6 nos
  • Salt to taste


  • Peel and cut the mango into small pieces and keep a side
  • Then we grind dry red chilli ,green chilli and salt
  • Again we grind raw mango , grated coconut ,ginger , shallots and curry leaves into fine paste
    ,without adding any water and keep a clean bowl.
  • Serve and enjoy the taste of raw mango chutney with meals.
