- Raw mango-3 nos
- Green chilli-5 nos
- Dry red chilli-3 nos
- Grated coconut -1/2 cup
- Ginger – small piece
- Shallots -5 or 6 nos
- Salt to taste
- Peel and cut the mango into small pieces and keep a side
- Then we grind dry red chilli ,green chilli and salt
- Again we grind raw mango , grated coconut ,ginger , shallots and curry leaves into fine paste
,without adding any water and keep a clean bowl.
- Serve and enjoy the taste of raw mango chutney with meals.
