Ingredients
- Soursop fruit – 1 or 2 nos
- Shallots 25 to 30 nos
- Curry leaves – 3 sprigs
- Green chilli- 3 nos.
- Tomato – 1 nos
- Grated coconut -1 cup
- Dry red chilli -5 or 6 nos
- Coriander seed – 1 tbsp
- Fennel seed – 1 tsp
- Mustard seed – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp
Method
- Firstly peel and cut the soursop into small pieces,then wash and set aside.
- Heat small amount of oil in apan add dry red chilli and coriander seed saute them well .
- Then add grated coconut and fennel seed ,roasted them well and keep aside.
- Grind roasted dry red chilli and coconut into fine paste and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed ,let the crackled.
- Add dry red chilli,three or four chopped shallots and curry leaves saute them well.
- Add shallots ,green chilli and turmeric powder saute them well.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and fine paste of dry red chilli and coconut mix ,combine them well.
- Add some water and mix them.
- Then add salt and soursop mix ,cover and cook well till for 9 to 10 minutes.
- Finally sprinkle some curry leaves and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy the tasty curry with meals
