Long runner beans thoran

*Long runner beans – 1 kg.
*Onion – 1 no.
*Green chilies – 2 nos.
*Ginger – small piece.
*Grated coconut – 12 cup.
*Turmeric powder – 1/2 tablespoon.
*Dried chilies – 2 nos.
*Curry leaves – 2 stems.
*Mustard – 1 tablespoon.
*Coconut oil – 3 tablespoons.
*Salt to taste.
1 Clean long runner beans and cut them to small pieces.
2 Slice onion, green chilies, ginger.
3 Heat coconut oil in a wok, splutter mustard. Saute in dried chilies and curry leaves.
4 Saute in the beans, onion, green chilies, ginger, salt, and turmeric powder.
5 Rub the grated coconut well and add it to the thoran. Cover and cook in slow flame till done.
