Ingredients
- Mango – 2 cup
- Coconut oil – 3tsp
- Mastard seed- 1tsp
- Garlic – 4 garlic clovs
- Ginger-1 big piece
- Asafoetida – 1tsp
- Chillipowder-3tsp
- Fenugreek powder – 1tsp
- Vinegar – small quantity
- Salt to taste
Method
. Take raw and unripe mango and cut it into small piece, wash and dry mango thoroughly.
. Put the mustard seed into a pan of heated oil and when they pop. Add garlic, Asafoetida, ginger and curry leaves and stir well.
. Then we add chilli powder, cumin seed, mango and salt to taste. Mix well and sautéd for a minute and then we add white Vinegar. Remove from heat and set a side.
. Then store in a glass or ceremic jar
