1) Fish egg (cleaned).
2) Ginger (big piece).
3) Garlic (3 – 4 cloves).
4) Shallots ( 5 nos.).
5) Grated coconut ( as required).
6) Green Chilies (as per spice).
8) Mustard seeds.
9) Curry leaves.
10) Salt to taste.
1) Chop shallots, garlic, ginger, green chilies
2) Heat oil in a pan. Crackle mustard seed add the above chopped mixture into the pan. Add curry leaves and the cleaned fish roe. Add grated coconut and season it with salt. Cover and cook till the roe is well done.
