- Big fish – 1 no.
- Chili powder – 4 teaspoons.
- Coriander powder – 4 teaspoons.
- Pepper powder – 3 teaspoons.
- Ginger – 1 no.
- Garlic – 3 nos.
- Salt to taste.
- Clean the fish.
- Prepare a paste with ginger, garlic, pepper powder, coriander powder, salt, and chili powder. Rub in the paste into the fish. Wrap it in banana leaf. Wrap in foil paper.
