Ingredients
- Pine apple – 2 nos
- Grated coconut- 1 cup
- Shallots – 5 or 6 nos
- Green chilli – 2 nos
- Ginger – 1 medium
- Garlic – 5 or 6 nos
- Curry leaves -2 sprigs
- Curd – 1 cup
- Dry red chilli -3 nos
- Cumin seed – 1 tsp
- Mustard seed – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Method
- First we have to peel cut and chopped the pineapple into small pieces set aside
- Heat a pan and add chopped pineapple,water and salt cook them well and set aside.
- Then we have to grind green chilli ,grated coconut ,cuminseed and garlic ,set aside.
- Again we have to crush mustard seed and keep aside.
- Now we have to grind the cooked pineapple into smooth puree .
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed lets cracled .
- Add dry red chilli, chopped shallots,green chilli and ginger saute for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Then add crushed mustard seed,curry leaves and salt mix them well.
- Add crushed coconut pasteand pineapple puree mix them well.
- Finally we have to curd and mix it well.
- Remove from fire and set aside.
- Serve and enjoy onam sadya special pineapple pachadi
