Onion chutney

Ingredients required

  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Coconut oil
  • Tamarind
  • Curry leaves
  • Chili powder

How to prepare

  • Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Then chop the garlic, ginger and onion
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic in it. Add salt as required.
  • When it is done, add enough chilli powder and mix well
  • Grind the tamarind, salt and frying pan in a pan. Then add a spoonful of salt and coconut oil.
  • Tasty onion chutney ready
