How to prepare
- Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Then chop the garlic, ginger and onion
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic in it. Add salt as required.

- Grind the tamarind, salt and frying pan in a pan. Then add a spoonful of salt and coconut oil.
