Ingredients
- Papad – 6 (cut into small pieces)
- Shallots – 5
- Ginger – small piece
- Red Chilly – 5
- Grated coconut – 1/4 cup
- Curry leaves-3 sprigs
- Oil-for frying
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a pan,add small pieces of papad and fry it,keep it in a side
- At the same pan add dry red chilli, shallots, gingerand curry leaves ,
saute for some minutes - Then it cools,grind the sauted ingredients like dry red chilli ,shallots
ginger ,curry leaves and grated coconut .into fine paste\ - Add the fried small piece pappadam and grind once more then mix
well. - Transfer to the bowel.and serve the tasty pappad chudney with meals.
