Ingredients
- Pappadam = 1
- Coconut = 1
- Shallot = 10 nos
- Ginger =1
- Red chilly = 10
- Salt
- Oil
- Tamarind = 2 nos
- Curry leaves
Methods to prepare
- Fry pappadom and red chilly
- Cut shallot and ginger into small pieces and mix it along with curry leaves
- Make a paste of fried chillies and salt using stone, also add grated coconut, fried pappadom, tamarind.
- Add along the above prepared shallot and mix everything well.
