Ingredients
- Dried prawns.
- Coconut.
- Shallots.
- Green chilies.
- Chili powder.
- Coriander powder.
- Garam masala.
- Salt.
- oil.
- Mustard.Curry leaves
Method
- Roast the prawns.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard. Sautee in coconut bites, finely sliced shallot, green chili. Add curry leaves, chili powder, coriander powder, and prawns. Add water.
- Roast 1/2 portion of the coconut, garam masala( cinnamon, star anise, fennel seed) and make a paste of both. Mix the paste with the prawn gravy. Season salt. When the gravy is thick remove from the flame.
- Prawn theyal ready.
