Quail egg roast


Quail egg – 17 nos.
Onion – 3 nos.
Garlic – 5 nos.
Ginger – a small piece.
Green chilies – 3 small.
Oil – as required.
Chili powder – 4 tablespoons.
Turmeric powder – 3/4 teaspoon.
Pepper powder – 3/4 teaspoon.
Salt – as required.
Curry leaves.
*To prepared hard-boiled quail egg, boil water and place them in boiling water.
*Finely chop the onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic.
*Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard, saute in the sliced onion, green chilies, ginger, curry leaves, and garlic. Season salt.
* Add chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder roast till rawness goes.
*Deshell the eggs and saute it into the gravy. Coat the egg well with the gravy and transfer it to the serving plate
