- Flour – 1/2 kg.
- Ripe Plantain – 6 nos.
- Sugar – 2 teaspoons.
- Cumin – 1 teaspoon.
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon.

- Make a batter of flour, sugar, salt, cumin, and turmeric powder.
- Heat oil in a pan, split the ripe plantain and dip in batter and deep fry both sides.
