Ingredients
- Chicken- 1 kg boneless
- Onion – 2 nos
- Shallots – 20 nos
- Dried red chilli – 10 to 12 nos
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Curry leaves
Method
- Today we’re going to prepare quick and tasty chicken chinthamani
- For that first take some boneless chicken and cut in it in to small pieces and wash it and keep aside
- Then peel onions and shallots
- Then wash it and keep it aside
- Now chop all the shallots and onion and keep it aside
- Then take some dried red chilli and crush it , set it aside
- Now heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and shallots then add salt and mix well stir it till the rawness is gone
- Now add the crushed chilli powder and mix
- Then add a teaspoon of salt again and stir it
- Now add the chicken pieces and mix it well
- Add curry leaves and mix again
- Then add a little bit of water and mix it and close the pan and cook for few minutes
- Then open the pan and mix again and stir
- Cook it in low heat till it becomes dry
- Check whether the chicken is cooked
- Then remove the pan from fire and set it aside
- Quick and tasty chicken fry is ready to serve
