Ingredients
- Rambutan – as required.
- Onion – as required.
- Turmeric powder – as required.
- Curry leaves – as required.
- Salt – as required.
- Grated coconut – as required.
- Dried chilies – as required.
- Mustard – as required.
Method
- Peel rambutan. In a pot, boil rambutan, sliced onion, and green chilies, turmeric powder, curry leaves with little water.
- Make a paste of grated coconut, turmeric, garlic, cumin, dried chilies, and onion.
- To the cooked rambutan add the prepared paste with salt and water.
- Heat oil in another pan, splutter mustard. Add onion and curry leaves.
- Pour the mix into the cooked rambutan and remove it from the flame.
