Ingredients
*Shallots – 1 kg.
*Green chilies – 3 – 4 nos.
*Ginger – 1 small piece.
*Coconut oil – 4 tablespoons.
*Mustard – 1 tablespoon.
*Coconut(grated) – 1 cup.
*Curry leaves – 2 stems.
*Salt as required.
Method
1 Clean shallots, ginger, green chilies and chop them to small pieces.
2 Heat a wok with coconut oil, splutter mustard.
3 Saute in the shallots, ginger, curry leaves, and green chilies.
4 Season with salt.
5 Saute in grated coconut. Cover and cook till done.
