Ingredients
- Soya Chunks – 1 cup
- Water -2 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Turmeric Powder -¼ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger-half medium
- Garlic – 1 tsp
- Oil For Deep Frying
- Curry Leaves – few
- Method
- FIrst we boil water in a pan, add salt and soya till it cooked
- Then we grind cinnamon, cardamom ,star anise,clove and fennel
seeds(garam masala) - Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seed saute till mustard seed begins too
spluttere - Again we add shallots ,green chilli ,garlic ,saute for some minutes
- Then we add red chilli powder,coriander and turmeric powder and garam
masala - Then we add cooked soya chunks mix them well
- Turn off the flame and serve the soya chunks fry with chapatti
