• Soya Chunks – 1 cup
  •  Water -2 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Turmeric Powder -¼ tsp
  •  Red Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
  •  Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
  •  Ginger-half medium
  •  Garlic – 1 tsp
  •  Oil For Deep Frying
  • Curry Leaves – few
  • Method
  • FIrst we boil water in a pan, add salt and soya till it cooked
  • Then we grind cinnamon, cardamom ,star anise,clove and fennel
    seeds(garam masala)
  • Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seed saute till mustard seed begins too
  • Again we add shallots ,green chilli ,garlic ,saute for some minutes
  • Then we add red chilli powder,coriander and turmeric powder and garam
  • Then we add cooked soya chunks mix them well
  • Turn off the flame and serve the soya chunks fry with chapatti
    enjoy the food…
