- Dry red chilli- 4 or 5 nos
- Shallots-8 or9 nos
- Tamarind- small ball size
- Coconut oil- 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- First we have to roast the dry red chillies over the fire ,then we wash and set a side.
- Then we crush the roasted dry red chilli ,salt and shallots
- Again we add some tamarind and crush it well and set a side.
- Now we add a teaspoon of coconut oil and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy the traditional style dry red chilli chutney chutney with rice..
