Traditional Style Dry Red Chilli Chutney Recipe


  • Dry red chilli- 4 or 5 nos
  • Shallots-8 or9 nos
  • Tamarind- small ball size
  • Coconut oil- 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste


  • First we have to roast the dry red chillies over the fire ,then we wash and set a side.
  • Then we crush the roasted dry red chilli ,salt and shallots
  • Again we add some tamarind and crush it well and set a side.
  • Now we add a teaspoon of coconut oil and mix well.
  • Serve and enjoy the traditional style dry red chilli chutney chutney with rice..
