- Cocunut- 1
- Poha/Aval – 1
- Jaggery- 1/2 kg
- Cardomom- as needed
- Cashew- as needed
- Raisin – as needed
- Heat a pan with ghee and dry roast aval till it become crunchy.
- Heat another pan with ghee and saute cocunut until it gives a good smell.
- Heat another pan with ghee and saute cashews and raisins.
- Powder the aval.
- Powder coconut, jaggery and cardomom.
- Mix the powderd aval, coconut, jaggery, cardomom with ghee and make balls.
- Tasty aval laddu ready..!
