Ingredients
- Banana – 3 nos
- Bread – 5 nos
- Brown rice flakes- 1 cup
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Cardamom – 3 or 4 nos
- Cashew nut – 250 grm
- Sugar – 3 or 4 tbsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- Ghee – 3 or 4 tbsp
Method
- Firstly we have to crush the cardamom and keep it aside.
- Then take the bread slices and cut the edges
- Then cut the bread slices into small pieces.
- Then grind the bread into a fine powder and set it aside.
- Then chop the cashewnuts into thin pieces and set aside.
- Then peel the banana .
- chopped into thin cubes and set aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan
- Then add sliced bananas and saute them well.
- Then add sugar and saute them well.
- Then add grated coconut and saute them well.
- Then add cardamom and saute them well.
- Add cashew nuts and combine them well.
- Sprinkle some salt and saute them well.
- Add brown rice flakes and saute them well.
- Remove from fire and set aside.
- Then allow them to cool
- Take a small portion of the banana mix,
- Then roughly shape it into a round ball
- Then mix with bread crumbs and set aside.
- Again, repeat the same process for the remaining banana laddu.
- serve and enjoy the sweet Banana laddu.
