Banana Laddu

Ingredients

  • Banana – 3 nos
  • Bread – 5 nos
  • Brown rice flakes- 1 cup
  • Grated coconut – 1 cup
  • Cardamom – 3 or 4 nos
  • Cashew nut – 250 grm
  • Sugar – 3 or 4 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
  • Ghee – 3 or 4 tbsp

Method

  • Firstly we have to crush the cardamom and keep it aside.
  • Then take the bread slices and cut the edges
  • Then cut the bread slices into small pieces.
  • Then grind the bread into a fine powder and set it aside.
  • Then chop the cashewnuts into thin pieces and set aside.
  • Then peel the banana .
  • chopped into thin cubes and set aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan
  • Then add sliced bananas and saute them well.
  • Then add sugar and saute them well.
  • Then add grated coconut and saute them well.
  • Then add cardamom and saute them well.
  • Add cashew nuts and combine them well.
  • Sprinkle some salt and saute them well.
  • Add brown rice flakes and saute them well.
  • Remove from fire and set aside.
  • Then allow them to cool
  • Take a small portion of the banana mix,
  • Then roughly shape it into a round ball
  • Then mix with bread crumbs and set aside.
  • Again, repeat the same process for the remaining banana laddu.
  • serve and enjoy the sweet Banana laddu.
