Candied Ginger Recipe- Inchi Mittai


  • Ginger-4 or 5 large
  • Sugar-2 cup
  • Water-1or 2 cup
  • Lemon juice- 1tsp


  •  First we slice the ginger as thinly as possible.
  •  Take a pan add water and sliced ginger,cover and cook well
  •  Ones the ginger is cooked drain excess water and keep a side
  •   Mix 1 cup of sugar and 1 cups water in the pot, along with a 1 tsp of lemon
    juice and the ginger slices, and cook well 10 to 15 minutes
