*Onion – 5.
*Garlic – 4 cloves.
*Ginger – small pieces.
*Green chilies -2.
*Chili powder – 3 teaspoons.
*Coriander powder – 3 teaspoons.
*Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon.
1) Hard boil eggs.
2)Thinly slice onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
3) Make garam masala powdering the whole spices.
4) Heat a pot with oil, splutter mustard. Saute in onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Once the raw smell subsides add in the prepared garam masala and season with salt.
5) When the gravy is cooked, saute in the deshelled hard-boiled eggs. Remove it from the flame.
