Jackfruit seed chutney


*Jackfruit seed.
*Coconut (grated) – 1/2 portion.
*Shallots – 8nos.
*Dried chilies – 8 nos.
*Salt to taste.
1) Split the seeds to 2 and roast them. Remove the skin and keep aside.
2) Grind grated coconut, dried chilies, salt, roasted seeds, and shallots.
Tasty chutney is ready.
