*Coconut – 1/2 portion.
*Cumin – 1 teaspoon.
*Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon.
*Green chili – 1 no.
*Dried chilies – 4 nos.
*Garlic – 5 cloves.
*Shallots – 6 nos.
1) Cut the cleaned tapioca skin to small pieces. Cook in boiling water. Strain and cook again in freshwater.
2) Make a paste of coconut, turmeric powder, garlic, cumin, green chili, and salt. Strain tapioca skin and add the paste and saute.
3) Cut shallots and dried chilies.
4) Heat a pan with oil, splutter mustard. Saute in shallots, dried chilies, and curry leaves. Saute in the tapioca skin mix. Check salt and adjust if required. Remove from the flame.
Tasty Tapioca skin thoran is ready.
