Ingredients
- Beet root – 3 nos
- Potato – 3 nos
- Ginger – 1 medium
- Garlic – 5 or 6 nos
- Onion – 2 nos
- Green chilli– 2 nos
- Coriander leaf – small amount.
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – for frying.
Method
- First we have to boil the potatoes ,then peeled and mashed the potatoes ,set aside.
- Then crush the ginger and garlic set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion ,crushed ginger and garlic saute well.
- Then add green chilli and chopped beetroot saute well for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Then add red chilli powder,garam masala ,turmeric powder and salt saute well.
- Add mashed potatoes and mix them well.
- Add some coriander leaves and saute for some time .
- Remove from heat and transfer into a bowl .
- Crush the rusk into powder and set aside.
- Take a bowl add maida,salt and water mix them well into smooth paste.
- Then we take small mixture of beetroot and prepare cutlets of desire size and shape.
- Then the cutlets are in shape dip into maida mixture .
- Then coated with rusk powder,set aside.
- Heat oil in apan and place the beetroot cutlet and fry till they become golden brown
- Then place them on a bowl and set aside
- Serve and enjoy the taste of beetroot cutlet …
