Ingredients
- Rava-1 kg
- Milk- 1cup
- Turmeric -1 pinch
- Sugar 3 or 4 tbsp
- Cardamom -3 or 4 seeds
- Grated coconut-1 cup
- Cashew nut-25o gm
- Raisins-250 gm
Method
- First we boil milk and pinch of turmeric,keep it in a side
- Then we crush the sugar and cardamom,keep it in a bowl
- Then we pour ghee in a hot pan ,add cashew and fry on a medium flame until they
turn light golden brown - Add raisins stir for some minutes ,and transfer to a bowl
- Heat ghee in a pan,add grated coconut saute for some minutes
- Then we add rava,powdered sugarand cardamom mix well and saute
- Add fried cashew nut and raisins mix well,and transfer in to a large bowl.
- Pour small amount of milk in to the rava mix bowl and mix well, to avoid any lumps
formation - After a minute, rava absorbs the turmeric milk.
- when its still warm enough, prepare laddu with your palm.
- Finally, serve the rava ladoo .and enjoy the sweet taste of ladoo
