- Sundried tapioca – 1 kg.
- Cowpea – 1/2 kg.
- Coconut – 1 no.
- Dried chili – 3 nos.
- Garlic – 6 cloves.
- Cumin – 1 teaspoon.
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon.
- Curry leaves
- Clean the tapioca and keep for cooking. Clean cowpea and cook it.
- Make a rough paste of coconut, dried chilies, garlic, cumin, turmeric powder, and curry leaves.
Strain the tapioca and adjust salt. Mix in the prepared paste and cooked cowpea. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the flame.
