INGREDIENTS
- Coconut oil-1 or 2 tbsp
- Mustard seed-2tbsp
- Curry leaves-2 sprig
- Green chilli-4 nos slit
- Ginger-one medium
- Turmeric powder-1tsp
- Cabbage – 1
- Onion-3
- Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed once the seed is splitted add sliced onion and sauted until the onion turns golden brown-then add curry leaves ,onion ,ginger and cabbage ,stir it well and
sauted it for 1 or 2 minutes.now we are finally add grated coconut, turmeric and salt to taste .then
cover using lid and cook for 5 to 10 minutes .open the lid and stir well until the carrots are soften
ed . remove from the fire and serve hot with rice.
