- Tomatoes – 6 nos
- Onion – 5 nos medium
- Dry red chillies – 4 nos
- Garlic – 6 or 7 nos
- Red chillies powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Cumin seed – 1 tsp
- Urad dal- 1 tsp
- Mustard seed – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 or 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- Firstly wash the tomatoes and set aside.
- Then cut one tomato into small pieces and set a side.
- Then cut the other tomatoes into thin round pieces and set aside.
- Then grind the small piece tomatoes into fine pure and keep aside.
- Heat oil in apan add mustard seed ,urad dal and cumin seed ,lets crackled
- Add chopped onion and saute well
- Add dry red chillies and chopped garlic , saute them well .
- Then add some salt,red chilli powderand tomato slices mix them well.
- Finally add tomato fine pure and some water ,combain them well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Serve and enjoy the simple recipe tomato fry with meals.
