- Semolina – 1 cup
- Onion – 1
- Green chilli – 2 nos
- Ginger – 1 medium
- Curry leaves – 3 sprigs
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Mustard seed – 1 tsp
- Urad dal -1 tsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- Oil – 1 or 2 tbsp
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and urad dal ,let them crackled .
- Add chopped onion and green chilli saute them well.
- Then add ginger ,curry leaves and grated coconut saute them well.
- Add one cup of water and salt ,mix and boil them well.
- Then add roasted semolina and mix and cook them until they absorb all water .
- Remove from fire and set a side.
- Serve and enjoy the tasty breakfast recipe uppumave ..
