- Raw mango-3 nos
- Green chilli-5 nos
- Peanut-250 grm
- Mustard seed -1 tsp
- Urdu dal -1 tsp
- Dry red chilli-3 nos
- Salt to taste
- First we peel and cut the mango into small pieces and keep a side
- Then we green chilli, peanut and raw mango into fine paste and keep a side
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed ,when its starts to splutter add the urad dal.
- Then we add dry red chilli,curryleaves and salt saute well for some minutes and remove from
- Again we add sauted ingredients into the grinded raw mango paste and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy the taste of raw mango chutney with meals.
