Banana stem pickle

Ingredients

*Banana stem.
*Chili powder – 1 teaspoon.
*Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon.
*Ginger -1 small piece.
*Garlic – 3 cloves.
*Hing(Piece) – 3 nos.
*Hing(powder) – 1 pinch.
*Oil.
*Mustard.
*Salt.
*Curry leaves

Method
1 Chop banana stems to small pieces.
2 Chop ginger and garlic.
3 Heat a pan with oil, splutter mustard. Saute in ginger and garlic. Add in some curry leaves. Saute in banana stems. Add turmeric. Transfer it to a plate.
4 Heat a pan with oil, splutter mustard. Saute in hing, chili powder. Once the raw smell subsides saute in the banana stem. Season with salt, add a pinch of hing. Saute well and remove from flame.
Tasty pickle ready.
