Ingredients
Elephant yam – 1
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Salt
Coconut oil
Mode of preparation
1)wash the elephant yam well and chop to small pieces. Mix turmeric powder with it.
2) boil coconut oil in a pan and fry the elephant yam in it.
3)prepare a salt and water solution and sprinkle it in to the elephant yam and mix them well.
Chena upperi is ready.
