- Bitter gourd-3 nos(medium, sliced)
- Potato- 2 nos(medium, sliced)
- Mustard seed-1 tsp
- Urdu dal-1 tsp
- Green chilli-3 nos
- Onion-2 nos
- Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil- for cooking
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and urdu dal, Once the crackle.
- Add bitter gourd, potato green chilli and onion saute well and cook for some minutes
- Then we add red chilli powder and salt, mix well.
- Again we add little amount of water into the pan mix ,cover and cook well .
- Finally we add little amount of oil mix well
- Turn off the flame and serve the kerala style bitter gourd potato fry into meals.
