- Gooseberry – 6 to 7 nos
- Birds eye – 12 to 18 nos
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Shallots – 7 to 8 nos
- Curry leaves – 3 sprigs
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- First we have to cut and remove the seeds into gooseberry then set a side .
- Then we have to grind the birds eye chilli and salt.
- Again we add grated coconut,gooseberry ,shallots and curry leaves into smooth paste and combine
them well and roll it with hands ,set aside.
- Serve and enjoy the healthy goose berry chutney with meals.
