- Rice ada – 1 kg
- Cashew nut – 250 grm
- Raisins- 250 gm
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Fresh milk – 1 ltr
- Ghee – 2 or 3 tbsp
- Heat water in a pan add rice ada ,boil them well .
- Remove from heat and drain the water completely .
- Then pour some water in the boiled ada and drain ,set aside.
- Heat ghee in apan add cashew nut and raisins roasted them well and set aside.
- Again we heat heavy bottom pan add fresh milk and sugar
- Add some ghee and mix them well.
- Then we have to add cooked rice ada and stir continuously to avoid sticking .
- Add roasted cashewnut and raisin mix them well.
- Finally add some milk to dilute their thickness.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Serve and enjoy special palada payasam
